Our restorative conferencing program is led by trained restorative justice and conferencing professionals who are equipped to shift the climate of your school. We provide ongoing staff training and implementation of restorative justice practices, peer-to-peer restorative conferencing, and community and staff mediation. Our approach promotes peace, understanding, and accountability.
