A part of our mission is providing Community Resource Alignment service to empower residents to sustain themselves and their families by connecting them with essential resources and tools.

Some of these resources include: mental health referrals and resources for all stakeholders; support and referrals to life, health, and other insurance products or financial services; employment and staffing assistance for community members; assistance and referrals for families with housing needs; and priority to in-kind donations from our donors and sponsors.
